Waking up at 8 on a weekday and then deciding, heck let’s go back to sleep and promptly doing so is a rare luxury which will become less rare for the next five months. Which I’m finding a little disconcerting to adjust to (not that I’m complaining or anything!).
So, a few random things. Firstly, have you picked up a copy of Wallpaper* founder Tyler Brûlé latest baby, Monocle yet? I am so in love with this Magazine!!! Vogue Smogue. In a mouthwatering smorgasbord of global affairs, business, lifestyle, design and style with a Euro-slant, Monocle handpicks the best reads and information and presents it with a delicate balance of flair and restraint. This is a feast for the mind and the eyes…pity the prohibitive price! So I gobble it up at Borders. *grin* (Thanks Ducks for the heads up! *muacksss!*)
Secondly, the rum and raisin souffle at the Chocolate Factory is TO DIE FOR.
Thirdly, last night I dreamt I had a super cute baby girl. She just kinda appeared out of nowhere (no 9 mth nonsense). I think I must be going crazy. But she was soooooooooooo cuteeeee! *sigh* I want a cute baby.
